International, dba Navarathri.com, guarantee that the items will arrive
free of defects.
We carefully screen our vendors and choose only those who believe in quality
and service just like we do. If you are not happy with our products, we will
assist you promptly. The warranty terms are listed in detail under each
category.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, or if the product has been
involved in an accident, intentionally damaged, or misused.
Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability
for Navarathri.com is the price of the unit stated in the original invoice. Under no circumstances Navarathri.com is responsible for any loss or damage,
direct or consequential, resulting from the use of the product. This warranty
is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied (statuary or
otherwise) and of all other obligations on Navarathri.com's part.
Terms and Conditions for Golu dolls
Items shown on the
website are typically available in the inventory in USA. Under normal
conditions, we ship them by UPS ground service within two business days of
receiving your payment. The normal transit time is 5-6 working days. However,
if an item is not available in the inventory, we will ship it as soon as we
have the item in stock. If you need urgently and agree for the additional
charges, we can arrange for shipping the items from India to you.
Once we ship the item,
we will email you with the tracking number.

If you need any specific
item that is not listed in our website, you can contact us and we will try to
procure it for you. However, such orders are deemed “custom” orders, and the
shipping time depends on the ease of procuring that particular item. For all
custom orders, we require customers to provide a formal order form with the
specifications of the item needed. Once we receive the custom order, we will
send you a price quote, approximate shipping date and the mode of shipping.
Full payment is due at the time of the order for all the custom orders.

This is due to the fact that the design, colors and shades may vary slightly by availability in stock, and the manufacturer or vendor who supplies the material. Also, shades of colors on a computer monitor display are usually different from colors of actual material.
