We carefully choose our vendors who comply with our quality standards and share our vision of quality and customer service. Cancellation Policy

If the order is cancelled before we ship it, there is no penalty. If cancelled after shipping, customer returns it at their expense. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee and there is no refund for the original S&H charges.

Shipping and Taxes

We ship the orders in 2 working days under normal conditions.

The prices of items listed do not include S&H charges. When you add an item to the shopping cart, UPS module shows the different transit times and shipping charges so you can choose appropriate mode of shipping.

The S&H charges depend on the following:

  • Weight of the item (including packing materials)
  • Size of the item
  • Mode and speed of shipping

Appropriate tax will be added if the items are shipped to an address in GA or picked up from our retail locations.

We also want to clarify how UPS charges work:

When we ship an item, we have to enter the actual weight and the dimensions of the package. UPS calculates the volume weight based on the dimensions of the package. They then charge us based on volume weight or actual weight whichever is higher.

We have entered the volume weight for the dolls in our website. That is why the actual weight on the box may not match with the volume weight in the website.

We want to assure our customers that if the UPS charges less than what the website charges the customer, we refund the difference to the customer. If UPS charges us more than what the customer paid for shipping charges, we do not charge the customer for additional charges. So please be assured that we treat our customers fairly and do not overcharge them.

Refunds and Returns

Despite our best efforts, we understand that there might be times when you are not completely satisfied with products and would like to return the item. will accept returns, ONLY IF the item has not been used and is returned in original re-saleable condition. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us by email within two days of receiving the product. .

There is absolutely no refund on the following items:

  • used items
  • items returned after the Navarathri / Navaratri season is over

However, we will repair or replace the items at our discretion, if they are found to be defective on arrival.

Return Guidelines and Procedures
  • email us at that you want to return an item. Please include the order number, the item name and the reason for returning.
  • We will send you return instructions with return authorization number.
  • Follow the return instructions and return the item.
  • All returned items should be shipped prepaid. No C.O.D. shipments for returned items.
  • We do not accept packages returned without a RA#.
  • All returns are subjected to 25% restocking fee. Original S&H charges will be deducted from the amount due.
  • We will repair or replace the items at our discretion, if they are found to be defective on arrival.
